Gary Klaric, CFF, AIF®, RFC®

Gary Klaric is a Managing Director at JT Stratford with 25 years of experience in the field of personal finance and investments.
Gary entered the financial services industry in 2000 after his military career, bringing with him a strong foundation of discipline, leadership, and service. Gary and his JTS Team specialize in comprehensive financial planning and wealth management, helping individuals and families navigate retirement planning, tax-advantaged investment strategies, and insurance planning. With a client-first approach, Gary builds lifelong relationships grounded in trust, and care— treating each client like an extension of his own family.
A proud graduate of Thiel College, Gary earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration in 1993. His college years were marked not only by academic success but also athletic achievement — he lettered all four years in both football and track and was named 1st Team All-Conference and nationally ranked as a punter in his freshman year.
After college, Gary served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer, reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant (E-6). During his service, he was selected to be in the Honor Guard. He was also selected to be on a Special Reaction Team (SRT) - Detention and Detainment. SSG Klaric was chosen to serve on the personal staff of the Forces Command (FORSCOM) - Commanding General as his driver and personal security. He was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal that was signed off by each of the 4 Star Generals that he directly worked for.
Gary brings that same sense of responsibility and excellence to his financial practice. He believes in earning his clients’ business every day and views financial advising as a long-term partnership built on trust, transparency, and shared goals.
He is a firm believer in preparation and consistency — a mindset shaped by his perfect attendance record from kindergarten through his senior year of college. One of his favorite personal quotes:
“There is a game being played on the field each and every day of your life. If you choose not to show up, you have a 100% chance of losing the game .Just by showing up, you have a 50% probability of winning. The more you practice, prepare, understand your role and responsibility of what is expected of you, the better chance you have of winning the game.”
— Gary Klaric
Gary and his wife Tonia reside in Alpharetta. They are active in their church and passionate about giving back to their community. They enjoy spending time with their Golden Doodles Elvis & Presley.
