Joana Martinez is a Client Relations Specialist for JT Stratford. Joana joined the company in August 2024 and is responsible for fostering client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. She facilitates the onboarding process for new clients and fields general questions regarding technology and account information. In 2023, Joana graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Master of Accountancy degree.

Joana currently resides in Buford, GA with her family. In her free time, Joana enjoys spending time with her sisters, visiting bookstores, and walking at the park.
