Travis Echols, CRPC®, CSA®

Travis Echols is a Managing Director for JT Stratford at the Cumming, Georgia location. Travis specializes in helping people who are in or near retirement, who are optimistic but cautious, and whose complexity typically involves assets of $500,000 or more. Travis has been helping people with their retirement for over 20 years. His careful attention to risk and taxes makes him the perfect fit for conservative-minded people who have saved all their lives so they can retire with confidence.

Before entering financial planning, Travis had a successful engineering career with companies like Rockwell Missile Systems and Boeing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology.

Inspired by his parents' diligent planning and early retirement,Travis established Echols Financial Services as a Registered Investment Adviser(RIA) in 2004. In 2022, he expanded his team through a partnership with JT Stratford to enhance client support and services.

He holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®)designation, having completed extensive training in retirement planning, asset management, and tax planning. He is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA),emphasizing ethical practices to meet the evolving needs of seniors.

Travis is an eighth-generation resident of Forsyth County. He is an active member of First Redeemer Church, where he teaches Christian apologetics and theology. For fun, he enjoys martial arts and pickleball.
